We work on one thing: the path between an inquiry arriving and a case
being signed.
Audit
We map the whole path an inquiry takes through your firm: where it can arrive from, who touches it, how fast, and what happens when nobody picks up. Before we speak we also look at the firm the way a potential client does, because that half needs no permission.
Strategy
Everything that is broken is not worth fixing at once. We put the work in the order that returns money fastest, say plainly what can wait, and keep the first move small enough to finish.
Technical setup
We build and connect the systems that carry the work — where inquiries land, how they get routed, what happens after hours, and what gets written down. The point is that the process stops depending on who happens to be free.
Monitoring
We make the numbers visible: what came in, what was answered, how long it took, what was signed, and where it came from. Once that exists, an argument about marketing has an answer instead of an opinion.
Improvement
Once it is running we keep tightening it against the baseline we started from. Intake is not a project that finishes; it drifts back the moment nobody is watching.
